We compete at events hosted by other sanctioning bodies, but this series is a separate privately-owned entity with its own points competitions, records, rules, and intellectual property.

 

2018 Time Attack Events 

• See how you stack up against all cars and drivers in the Front 4 club, even the racers!

  • Prove you are the fastest in this easy to join series. 

• Time attack competes with two different sanctioning bodies simultaneously, PPIR time attack and NASA Rocky Mountain. 

• Your best lap time of the day in a competition session (not practice or warm up) determines your results. 

  • PPIR events are typically 1 day, on a Sunday. 

    • They are run similar to autocross events, with 5 timed runs a day about ~50 seconds in length around the PPIR road course track in different configurations. 

    • Here is a video example of what to expect in a PPIR run session (note that you do not run cars at the same time on track, we were using video to compare our runs and cars)

  • NASA events typically are held over 2 days on a weekend. 

    • Each day you will get 4 to 5+  20 minute sessions  at various local race tracks (that's a lot of track time! bring lots of water!) 

    • There are different run groups for all levels of driver skill to sign up for, please contact one of your Front 4 Club leaders or NASA RockyMountain for more details on which run group is right for you. 

      • There will be classroom, instructors, and other driver development tools available to all participants at NASA events.

2018 Race Series Events 

• The Front 4 Race Series is a Wheel to Wheel racing competition series, where drivers fight for position on track! 

  • If you are interested in racing (which you should be!) talk to one of the Front 4 leaders about how we can help get you there, it's easier than you think! 

  • FACT: Front 4 is the lowest cost, most accessible racing class, with the highest fun factor! 

  • Awards will be given for winners, losers, and more :D

All Racing events automatically enter you in for a chance to qualify for the Time Attack series based on your fastest lap!
